ScooterBug offers ready-to-go rental equipment delivered directly on-site at popular hotels, resorts and casinos. We’re the only Preferred Mobility Provider with a service operation located at Disney properties in Anaheim and Orlando, meaning ScooterBug will have your client’s equipment waiting upon their arrival.
Participation in our Featured Travel Partner Program entitles either the travel agency or individual booking agent to earn a 10% commission on all ‘concluded’ reservations booked through ScooterBug for mobility equipment – ECV scooters, strollers, wheelchairs. ‘Concluded’ reservations are defined as reservations that resulted in the use of rented equipment and payment successfully processed. Canceled reservations or reservations resulting in payment refund or payment denied/reversal are not considered ‘concluded’ reservations.
The 10% commission fee will be paid to the travel agency.
For a reservation to be commissionable, it is mandatory to complete the “Customer Company (optional)” field on ScooterBug’s reservation website, por.scooterbug.com with IATA or CLIA Number/Agency Name/Agent Name. Payments for ‘concluded’ reservations will be processed via check, directly to the travel agency.
